A reader named Robert noted my interest in an alternative emergency brake. He purchased the one to the right and says it looks pretty good, though he still needs to install it. While this isn’t exactly what I’m seeking, it is a great price at $4.95.

I was looking for some Willys Jeep script ran across the Tail Light King Website accidently. I don’t think I mentioned it last time, but the taillightking.com has Willys & Jeep lights as well.
Several of our finest in Blue from Arizona read ewillys daily. One of the readers asked about diamond plating for old flatties. I can’t say I was much help, but maybe some of you have a suggestion?

There was no price listed on this trencher. It’s bit rusted, but these are hard to find.

This is one of the least expensive winches I’ve come across through Craigslist. It looks like dad’s old winch, which never failed us in 15 years of use.
“Old school, would be awesome for restoration on vintage 4×4, this is the winch that later became the famous warn upright 8274. It worked great when removed from 1964 Jeep CJ5 a year ago. $250 or will consider trade for f*re arms, canoe, aluminum boat willys jeep parts etc. ”
Diamond plating is great for covering all kinds of problems. Almost better than duct tape … almost …
“For sale are 3 sheets of diamond plate 1/8 inch thick aluminum. I have two sheets at 2 feet tall and 6 feet long, and one sheet at 2 feet tall and 4 feet long. It was for a project I never got to. Email me name and number. These pieces would go for over $400.00 and can be made into anything with simple metal cutting tools (like a skill saw)!”
