This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Jeremy provided this photo to show the top installed on the jeep. Because this is a post 1975 hardtop, it likely won’t fit a 1975 or earlier CJ-5 due to the angle and width of the windshield.

“Very nice Meyer/Orrville Jeep hardtop. Complete with full size doors, windows work well. Pics show it on my ’76 CJ-5. Stainless hardware included, $700 or best. Calls only: 7 3 4 – nine one five – 0 4 one one”

Glenn shared this (likely) Sears branded Meyers hardtop.
“Used half hard top and doors for jeep cj-3b. Fairly sure it is a sears top, has a little bit of rot but overall decent shape for what it is. Trades for cj parts considered.”

Glenn spotted this top for sale, most likely sold by Sears and made by Meyers. Hopefully, someone can use it.
“Nice aluminum top with doors, door mounting pieces and windshield header. It’s in nice shape, not beat up. This will fit a Willys CJ2A, CJ3A, WWII Willys MB or Ford GPW. Hard to find in this shape. Looks to be a Sears tops based on photos I could find.”
These connected under the Dana 20 transferase.

These are an unusual set of Summer Hubs. I suspect they were custom made.
