Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Maury shared this odd part. It seems for a jeep, but neither of us recognize it. It is 2″ in diameter. I would guess the tabs on the back secure it to something?

“Ames Plow Company 45 antique single bottom plow. It was used on the rear of a Jeep CJ2A back in the mid 40s. Its been stored indoors for 70+ years.
Good condition $650”

“Probably different years or models as well, sometimes people just threw in other parts when I was buying something else. I will sell off parts, just threw that $3000 on there to put something there.

“I’m helping a friend sell some FC body panels that her deceased husband was collecting. I’m not an expert on the FC’s so I’m doing my best. There are multiple cab corners, floors, and upper cab portions. I have more pictures and can get more if needed. Price?? Speaking with a couple of local resources here is what I’m being told to ask for them:
Cab corners are $400 each
Cab roof pillars $200 each.
Cab with corners and floor $1500.00
Package deals can be made as well. Shipping can be arranged at buyers expense. Might have some doors for sale as well I’m working on that. Please IM with questions.”
