Kids Race at the 2006 Autoshow
I never thought of an Autoshow as a good place for kids, but apparently in 2006 DaimlerChrysler was all prepared for them.

“This is a vintage Tonka DUNE BUGGY WILLY’S CJ-2 style JEEP. This is a nicely engineered rig that has been lifted and has the large Tonka off road tires added.

Excellent overall original condition; no cracks in the plastic exterior/exterior or wheels/rims; Paint is in excellent condition with minor wear and NO rust. Decals are nice but do show slight wear.

An Unidentified Jeep Pedal Car at Collector’s Weekly
I ran across this pedal jeep today. I looked through some of the pedal cars at the CJ-3B Page, but didn’t see anything similar. Anyone know what kind it is?

“JAPAN tin toy vintage Airport Flat Fender Military Willys Jeep baggage delivery car. All original commercial toy includes two carts and the five original pieces of colorful plastic luggage. Friction powered Jeep, front wheel drive, runs smooth and strong. Red, white and blue body color. 16” long (408 mm). c. mid to late 1950’s. Marked made in Japan. Missing nothing. Great vintage American Airline logo and graphics lithographed throughout indicating “AIRPORT SERVICE CAR”.”

“You are bidding on a 1950’s soft rubber Willys-Jeep utility truck made by the Auburn Rubber company in the U.S.A. It measures 5″ long and is about 2″ wide. It has black wheels and is a light red in color. There are different men’s faces in both the driver’s and passenger windows. It is in good, used vintage condition with a little rust on the wheels.”
