These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Selling a circa 1950 Willys truck trailer with a vintage camper shell. Good heavy duty trailer, tows nice and the lights work. It is pretty rough ( not a good candidate to restore), and the tires need replacing ( have extras for free) but very useful. Losing my place to store it, need to sell. No trades.”

“Price lowered! 1943 MBT 1/4 ton trailer, based on frame number. New tub, wiring, lights and tires. Tires mounted on combat rims. Brake handle works, but have not gone thru and adjusted the brakes. Still needs reflectors”

“I have a Bantam Trailer which is from the late 40’s or early 50’s made in Butler PA. It was originally red in color if that tells you anything, obviously a civilian model with the tailgate. (Military issue tailgate did not fold down as it had to be watertight and float.) In any case this trailer is all there and could be used as is if you re-wire the lights. It has some rust but is a solid piece. The all important cast iron tongue, landing leg and hitch is functional and intact. Unfortunately I do not have a title for it. I inquired and it can be had w/some paperwork. If I get the title the price will increase.
I will send pics if you are serious… but you know what they look like.
It still has the original wheels, tires, lights and tailgate and it rolls easily.
I’m somewhat flexible on the price, I restore antique vehicles and will eventually get to this. Restored they go for $1700+”

(08/20/2017) Passenger seat isn’t installed. Appears worth a look.
“Currently does not run. I think it’s a carb problem. The engine is getting fuel spark and air so I assume it’s a mixture problem. Other then that when it does run, it’s good. Purrs like a kitten. 4×4 works. I’ve never had it off road. Well if you call being on some grass off road, then it has been. The tub looks good. It’s not really that great. It’s been patched… poorly. I got it to drive around and maybe fix later. I can’t afford to do that so it’s for sale.”
