About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Or, from our Israeli Bureau, spotted another Tender Truck for sale. I used Babelfish to translate the Hebrew, but it was only barely understandable. So, we can just check out the pics. Thanks Or!
“Classic 1953 Willys Pickup. 4 wheel drive, 4 cyl. original 134F engine, winch, extra hood. Good running vehicle. $2000. Rare Find!! You don’t see too many of these around anymore”
I’ve lived in Seattle. I grew up near Seattle. That doesn’t look like the Seattle I remember ….
“Good running truck. Wipers work. Lights work. 1967 Buick 6 cylinder. Converted to 12 volt. 4-wheel drive works good. About $2,000 in recent work to brakes, cables suspension and engine. Classic license plate so annual license fees are $0.00 forever. Clear title and about 41,000 miles. Jim 206-285-9522 jimibird@comcast.net”
This should move snow nicely. Nothing fancy though.
“1958 Willys pickup with heavy duty snow plow. This truck starts easily and dependably even in sub-zero weather. We used this truck for years to keep a 1/4 mile section of private road plowed. We’ve since moved to a more civilized location where the county plows the road, so the truck has been used mainly during the summer to haul firewood and logs around the property. 226 cu. in. 6 cylinder engine, 3 speed transmission, 12 volt electrical system, full set of tire chains. This is not a show truck and has its fair share of rust and dings but it is reliable and very capable.”
“Body: While this is not a gleaming show truck, it is a good looking and solid Willys pickup. The paint is quite presentable and the truck does look nice. As with any older paint job you will find the nicks, scratches and stains. I do not see any signs of significant rust, this is a very solid example of a ’55. If you are after perfection, look elsewhere. If you are after a decent truck that looks good, this could be your truck! Please take a good look at the photos as they are very representative of this truck. If after looking you would like more information please email or call us at 360-416-4995….”
(12/04/09) The paint could use some … well .. more paint. But if you need a plower, this might work great.
“This an oldie but goodie. It is a 4 speed, 6 cylinder flathead hurricane engine, 4 wheel drive. The same owner had this vehicle since 1968!!! The vehicle does run and drive, but we are selling it as parts or for restoration only. ”
