“Willys pickup. It has been chopped 2.5 inches roof flattened with a van roof and channeled over the frame. It has a great running 292 Chevy 6 banger in it with a turbo 350 trans. It runs down the highway great. The front has been lowered and the rear has air bags and four link suspension.”

This beautiful truck needs an engine. Thanks to Glenn for sharing it.
“This well documented 1948 Jeep Willy’s pickup was acquired in 2017 from an enthusiast who was meticulous in his maintaining of the vehicle. I purchased this truck as a marketing piece for my charitable organization, and unfortunately the rod blew. I am not mechanically skilled, nor am I inclined to have a replacement motor installed; we have acquired a modern version of the truck to serve our needs. The new owner who installs a replacement motor will have a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing antique truck to enjoy for years to come.”
Andy shared this. Maybe some parts value for someone?

“I have two jeep trucks, 1947 and a 1948. The 47 is 2wd the other is a half of a 4×4 that still has a motor and transmission. The 2wd one has no motor or transmission, and the frame is bad. Figured we will have them listed until my husband gets around to scrapping them, which will be soon”

“1949 Willys Overland (Jeep) pickup. Sold in 1950 as a 1950 model year. Runs and drives beautifully. Everything original except portions of the interior. No rust other than light surface on frame. Always garaged and driven a few miles a year when the weather is nice to keep fluids moving. 4wd with 2 speed transfer case, go-devil 4 cylinder. Inherited from my dad so I don’t know a ton about it but I’ll do my best to answer questions. Had to put in a price for the listing but Best Offer gets it.”
