Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This sure looks like a good price as the body appears in great shape.

UPDATE: Was $7500. **SOLD**
This appears to be a well done conversion with some great details. Check out the extended cab. I noticed the extra window and thought that looked unusual, but the extended cab is so well done that I had to go look at other truck pics to figure out how it was modified. The dashboard looks nicely blended between old and new.
“This is a truly unique vehicle with $20,000+ invested in build. It is a Jeep Willys Cab with a custom oak bed sitting on a 1988 Ford Ranger 4×4 frame and running gear. It also has a custom interior complete with power seats. An incredible amount of time was invested in the extended cab. It looks like it rolled off the assembly line as an extended cab truck.”

This body appears in very good condition.
“53 willys 4X4 pickup nice body but needs work has no engine . it does thave 4 speed transmission and transfer case all new clutch set up and complete flywheel bellhousing and starter all ready for smallblock ford engine all in place good project nice bed and rear bumper and willys overland WO tailgate . till need to be towed to its new home. (03/06/2010) Is the radiator in a ’59 supposed to be mounted at an angle? It looks like a fine truck.
