Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Seems like a solid truck in good shape. Price is aggressive. Has some mods.
“1951 Willys Pickup with original factory dump bed. California truck, no rust. 4 cylinder F head 134. Original tires and wheels 700-16. Winner at two local car shows for “best truck.” Mileage number reflects miles on the rebuilt engine. Engine was rebuilt about 30 years ago. Really nice shape for its age. I’ve got too many things with engines, too many projects and the Willys has got to go. Enjoy the pictures and give me a call if you’re interested. The truck is located in Yuba City, CA but I’m willing to consider delivering it to about anywhere. I’ve got a flatbed trailer and a 3500 Dodge so if you want it I can probably deliver it to you.”
Ken spotted these truck items. They aren’t too far from him, so if you need a trained eye to check the parts out, I’ll connect you with him. Ken owned a 4×4 ship in Boise for years.
