This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “My interest have changed and I am going to part with all the Willys vehicles I have. Here is the list:
1959 Willys Jeep 4×4 pickup truck. This truck was stripped down to the bare frame. The cab was replaced with a cab from a 1956. All new braking system. New fuel system. 226 Hurricane six cylinder engine with a new Weber progressive two barrel carb. Three speed main trans two speed transfer case. Electric wipers. Four new Mastercraft tires. The truck drives nice. The body work remains to be done. The bed is junk but it does have the W/O tail gate. Clean Ohio title.
1950 Willys wagon. This is a two wheel drive car. It is from Arizona and is a rust free car except under the rubber mats where the floor is rusted. The four cylinder engine is locked up. Three on the tree with overdrive. The car is nearly 100 percent original and nearly 100 percent complete. Clean Ohio title.

“Hey guys today I have my 1952 willys jeep 4×4 truck, truck runs great, has no rot underneath, and in good shape overall has 17,000 oringinal miles and have the title in hand. Originally from Kentucky has brand new axles, shocks, leaf springs, headlights etc…. truck is well worth it and a joy to own it is a 6cyl tornado 3 speed”

Merlin spotted this oddity; I hope Irma didn’t sweep it away. Some folks on Facebook immediately dismissed it, but I think it was pretty well executed for what it is. The VW hood even mates up with the truck cowl pretty well. We’ve seen much worse….
“Very different and one of a kind rat rod. Built on a 1969 VW Beetle chassis with a 1972 dual port 1600 motor. 1960 Willys truck cab and title. Motor is fresh, completely new brake system, new tires, nice looking rims. Needs wiring to be completed. I have lost interest, too many other projects.”
