UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1000
This might be worth a look. It’s been parked a while, but might not take much to get going.
“2 WD wagon with a Ford 302 V8. Has an Edelbrock intake cam and lifter combo high performance kit from Summit Racing. Brand new heads and a Holley 650 4 barrel carb. With K&N stack air filter. Has a new C4 transmission with shift kit and B&M hammer shifter. Ford 9 inch posse track rearend. Had this thing in high school and has been parked for the past 16 years and don’t know enough about mechanics to get it running again (ran great when I parked it ) nor do I have the time since i live in western WA now. I’m sure a mechanic would love this as a restore project! My loss is your gain. Asking $1000.00 just so I don’t have to try and tow it here 200 miles.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000
(07/27/2014) I think this is a factory Parkway Conversion given the rivets/bolts in-between the rear windows (see pic 2).

Yep, there are four doors on that Fairmont-built Hy-Rail wagon. Rare, rare, rare.
“Very rare 52 Willys 4 door four wheel drive wagon for sale. These were made by Willys for Fairmont Rail corp for use as hy-rail vehicles to carry rail crews and tools to the job site. This is one of only 11 that are still known to exist.
I am selling because of another project that is taking all of my time and money, and want this to go to someone who can help preserve this rare piece of automotive and rail history.
This is a project vehicle and will need a complete restoration. Engine is the Jeep 134 4-cyl ohv and is not stuck. The body is in poor shape, floor pans rusted through, rear floor has spots where it is rusted through. Jeep is complete with the exception of the original seats, had a seat from an unknown donor vehicle when I bought the Jeep in 2012.”
UPDATE: Still Available
(08/23/2014) I can’t tell if this needs more work or not. The interior shot suggest that’s the case.

This might be worth a look.
“Have an old original owner Willys wagon 4wd for sale, still has the original drivetrain 226 flathead six cyl. manual trans, bought it a year ago up in northern California which originally came from Oregon.
Has little bit or rust in a few areas and a few panes of glass cracked and a dent on drivers side behind door but all complete.
Engine will need to be rebuilt as well as brakes etc….been sittin for a while.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
This wagon is powered by a 98 Toyota chassis. It looks like someone did a nice job of laying out the motor in the engine compartment.
“Up for sale we have a 1953 Willys Jeep Wagon. The Jeep looks stock but it’s setting on a ’98 Toyota Frame with all Toyota Drive train. It gives you the look you want with the drive comforts of an everyday driver. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of the Willys, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.”

(08/15/2014) Runs and drives.
“54 Willys panel? sedan delivery?. Has a newer jeep wagoneer engine trans t-case and axles in it runs and drives power steering and brakes, electric wiper change over and other mods. I has all new brakes in it. The engine is a amc 360 with headers and dress up kit. Trans is a turbo 400. T-case is a dana 18 or 20 not sure with 2 or 4 wheel drive. This is a fun to drive ratrod that gets a lot of attention it is not a show vehicle and has rust but hey its M.N. and everything does. Just like every other affordable old vehicle it needs some tlc but is drivable as-is. Don’t miss your chance for affordable fun.”
