This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Here’s a running Willys woody for sale! 4wd. three shifters on floor! garage kept…new muffler system…new brake master cylinder. Original flathead 6 cylinder. Runs fine, but kinda slow for todays’ highways. inspected and antique lincense plated. Still needs some more tlc, but a pretty original example of yesteryear. My wife wanted horses instead.”
The body looks good. There might be some value here, but lots of project left.

Here’s a good package.
“I have two willys wagons. One is a ’53 and one is a ’57. The ’53 runs and the ’57 is a parts rig that has all the chrome pieces and original pieces. The running ’53 willys has a buick 231 oddfire that runs and drives.”

“Up for sale is a 1947 Willys Jeep wagon.It a 2 wheel drive and for the most part is complete.I think it has a newer F Head 4 cyl. like from a 50`s jeep not sure(see pix).Car need full resto but very rare now days.Lots of guys are dropping the bodys on S-10 frames and making nice rod out of them.$2000.00 or best offer,parts are worth the asking price.Clear Jersey title in my name and data plate is still on the body.”

It’s got updates seats, at the very least, but runs and has a PTO. This might be a good deal.

“48 Jeep Overland project.283, 4wd, red/white Mostly original. Vehicle has been garage kept and have not gotten back to finish it. Still in fairly good condition. Need bodywork finished and whatever mechanical would now be needed. Great for restoration. Considering offers. Don’t currently have photos. Garage is very narrow. Ad is being run for a friend.
