About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“This is a rare find. This beautiful 1949 Jeep is the last year of the flat face grill front. The body is in excellent shape and a salvaged title with it. This will be the ultimate fun restoration to those interested. Highest offer over $6,900 gets it.”
“This is a nearly 100% stock and very complete 1959 Willys 4-wheel drive wagon. New restoration work includes: complete new suspension, complete new brake system, rebuilt carb and distributor, servicing of seals and axle bearings and locking hubs, changing all gear oil, chassis lube, and engine oil/filter. The stock straight six Super Hurricane engine has good compression and power. Recent previous owner replaced floor pans, removed rust at tailgate, rocker panels and other common locations, painted, installed new muffler and exhaust, added electric fuel pump and aluminum radiator.”

“1953 Willys Wagon 4×2 for sale. I purchased it from the 2nd or 3rd owner some time back. Vehicle has been stored inside. Looks like original paint except for the white panels. The history was that the Waggy was used as a shuttle/delivery vehicle and the white paint was applied to cover the company logo that was painted on the sides. You can still see the “logo” image when looking from certain angles in the sun. No rust that I can see, vehicle seems to be very original. 6 cylinder engine with 3 speed on the column transmission. Sliding side glass for rear seats. Manual choke and all functional electronics”
“1949 Willys Wagon, mid 80s GM 3.8 V6 engine with auto transmission and matching Rear end. New wood trim inside and out. New seats, Great project to finish or to drive as is!”
Mike shared this wagon. It needs some body work (see pic of rear wheel well), but runs and drives.
“The wagon runs great. Brakes work fine, also. This wagon is very complete and original, but it needs some attention everywhere. The drivers window is broken. There are rust issues with the floorboards and rocker panel supports. I have started replacing some of the support brackets but needs more work.
New Virginia title. I have not retitled the car in Maryland. Car is located in Maryland.”
