About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

(07/24/2016) Could make a good base for a modified topless wagon (already missing the top).
“1948 Willys wagon. Was going to convert it into a truck. Lots of rust. Engine runs, but needs some work to make it road worthy. $1200 obo, or trade for car.”

Craig shared this one. Listed as a 1946, the VIN of 463 16694 appears to make it an early 1947 model. It’s got a bit of an understated rat rod look. And, the paint job gives it a Maverick feel.
“1946 Willis jeep wagon for sale $6500 OBO. One owner garage kept until June of 2017, body is very clean for a 1946, not much needs to be done to get it back on the road. The jeep comes with many spare and factory replacement parts. The jeep is in good shape for its age, this make and model is a rare find.”
“Started it’s life in California, was restored 15 years ago in CT and has been sitting in my garage with big intentions for too many years. I don’t know a ton about these, this was the first year the SUPER HURRICANE straight six was available. 6 volt system. It has one of the cleanest bodies I’ve seen in New England, and I can make it turn over and run by squirting gas into the carb, but it needs to be rebuilt, and possibly the old mechanical fuel pump. Needs front floor pans, interior panels and some small rust spots on the doors fixed, but its not a rust bucket like most. This is a project, but you won’t find a nicer starting point anywhere in New England, or at least I couldn’t for the past 4-5 years. Might be interested in the right trade, mostly older pickups, squarebody, maybe the right Harley, (no sportsters) VTX firearms, let’s make a deal! Low ballers, and tire kickers will be rudely responded to and ignored.”
Jeff’s selling this parts/project wagon. Given the new tires, there’s some value here.
“Willys Wagon located in Richardson. It was originally to be used for parts, but I think it’s still salvageable and don’t have it in me to cut out the body panels. It has a Ford inline-6 with a glass barrel Holley Carb. Front clip was taken by previous owner as were some other parts including the rear hatch. Heavy body filler work in some spots, but still some good useable panels. The dash is absolutely beautiful and there are a few hard to find parts on it. New tires.”
I snagged this early 1950s Jeep Utility Wagon brochure off eBay. It took some time to find an inexpensive one. It came with a small bundle of other brochures.
Looks good. Appears to just need some final touches.
