Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Restoration lost interest. Best original tub I have seen. Tub has been removed painted reassembled. Needs exhaust ,front bumper some gauges and a few little parts to be complete. This will be a high end jeep when done. Just collecting dust. Have had my share of these jeeps. The yellow cj2a is not for sale , just a previous project.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
It doesn’t run at the moment, but there still may be some value here. Has a Koenig hardtop.
“Just testing the waters, I have a CJ3A with plow. Everything works on the plow just needs belt. Its all original, three speed manual, 6v system. Needs some work to get it going, hasn’t ran in a little over a year. Tub isn’t perfect and will need some things. Also will need leaf spring, radiator fix or new one and some wiring for lights. It HAS heat! motor was completely rebuilt in the 90s and have paperwork for everything that has been done to it. Mainly used for plowing and light woods cruising over the years. No title but there is no need for one. Its old enough”
Has an OD and a strange headlight setup.

“1 WWII Ford GPW (jeep) for sale. Needs restoration most of the parts are there. It has period proper Willys engines flat head four cylinders. 1942 has brand new army non directional tires Full set of Beachwood N. O. S. Canvas. Seat cushions, front and rear.One set of full top and one windshield cover. Extra set of fenders, tub is not bad some rot in floors (as usual). MUST SEE.”

Somehow the back of the Meyer hardtop is dented. This needs work.
“For sale I have a really rare 1966 cj 6 that has been a Colorado jeep since brand new. From what I was told from the guy I bought it from the city of aspen bought it for snow mass ski area and then it spent its life on the ski slope. It runs actually pretty good it does need a carb rebuild and fuel lines to actually run. The body is in pretty good shape some light rust on the out side of tub but not half as bad as I’ve seen on some newer models both floor boards are gone due to rust. It has the factory hard top and hard doors that need some work but it is there and complete. I have driven it all 3 speeds work as do the 2 speed transfer are clutch seems to have lots of life and the mileage was told to me to be accurate not really wanting to sell the holy grail Jeep I really just don’t have the time it needs to bring it back to glory.”
