About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Original condition driver. Need to reduce my projects. 230 Tornado, 3 speed 4×4. Body is good but not perfect, interior needs to be redone. Runs nice and brakes are good. Might consider partial trades. Serious buyers only, please don’t waste my time.”
Might be a good price. The dash has pretty much a blank canvas.
“83 Jeep cj7 awesome rock crawler Lockers front ,rear has 4:10 gears. It has 36×13.5 IROCK tires. I have have 4in leds on the back and a led light bar on the front. lights up mountain sides its cool. I seen that the back axle leaks a little on the outer seals. It has sat for the last 2 years. I also have a 2012 big tex trailer (Ch60 ) $1600) that i used to transport it. it has new tires as of last year.
Its been a lot of fun but i don’t go any more.”
“Rare 1943 jeep willys gpw. Had apraised for $6500 but want to sell. Runs and drives around yard but is a project. Converted to 12 volt and new rebuilt pasco starter. Also has soft top hardwear and full soft doors. Have title. Be perfect for restoration. Have seen restored GPWs sell for a lot.”
“World war 2, trailer, no data plate so may be a M100 made to look like a bantam, but set up for ww2 jeep with correct lights, tires and plug. New tires and canvas. No title will provide bill of sale. May take other willys parts or jeeps in trade?”
“I am selling a Very Early Production (rare) CJ2A Column Shift. I bought this with the intent to restore it. Well, we are moving and i don’t have the time or the money. It is in great shape, but has rust in the bottom of the tool box under the passenger seat where most Willys rust. The Body, Frame & Transmission are all original, numbers matching, however the engine is out of a later model, and has a crack in the block below the distributor that needs to be welding up.”
“48 Willy’s Jeep “project”. All parts present ( cab and doors w/glass not pictured ) needs reassembled. Asking $1,000 OBO, also willing to barter for equal value. Does NOT run, will need to be towed”

Wire harness needs hooked up and other finish work to be be done still to be a driver. License as the datsun to be legal. Title in hand. I have a ton of parts to finish comes with it.
Must sell due to move.
Must be towed.”
(03/07/2018) “Was told this was a 1946 Willys Jeep, I know its a Willys , what I am unsure of is the year, the drivetrain is complete, both original rears, are in it, as well as original rims, it rolls, this little Jeep has a 3 speed on the column, and the two shifters on the floor, for high and low, and for 4 wheel drive.
There is not title, selling for parts or restore?,, it rolls for loading, there are no other parts, what you see in the pictures is what is there.
Located in Central NJ. again there is no title, it was lost.
This could be a 1945, 1946, or a 1947, there is a number on the engine block.
According to some Jeep guys that emailed this is a rare 1946 Jeep, as it is a stick on the column, only made one year, well we know its not a 1949.”
