About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“Selling my 1953 Jeep Willys CJ3B. This is the first year that the High Hood was built. It is all original except for the engine, which is a buick 231 v6. The motor has been rebuilt and runs great. The T90 three speed transmission and Dana 18 transfer case have been gone through with new seals and parts. It runs, drives, and stops. The axles are original and have 5.38 gears. Phone calls only please, text and email will not be answered. I am asking $3900 cash. I will not ship and do not need help selling this item.”
(01/05/2017) This might have a set of Free-Lock hubs. This may be a good price.

I am a professional mechanic and have owned and serviced vintage jeeps since 1965, when I got my first Cj2a. I have been bombing around my property and the neighborhood for a week and fixing everything that comes up. Now it is road or trail ready. I have 2 other vintage jeeps already so I will sell this one. I have a truck and trailer and can deliver it for you at low cost as I am about 100 miles from Colorado Springs. Email me, Fred, to give me a phone number and set up a time to come see it, or ask questions. I will call or text. Or we can email through craigslist, but if you are serious, we should probably talk.”
“I built this Willy’s truck bed trailer for my business as a multi-purpose trailer. I hate to see it go, but my business has outgrown her. It has the rare 8′ thriftside (step side) bed, painted white, sitting on the truck frame. There’s a trailer axle underneath it and the lug nut pattern is 5″ on 5.5″ just like the classic jeep pattern. It has new shocks as well- stock hubcaps included (even the spare tire in the factory location). The WO stamped tailgate is virtually flawless and a rare find, especially in this condition.
To top it off (pun intended), I have a vintage 1958 Canopy – camper shell mated to it. It was made by a local Spokane-based carriage company that went out of business in the late 1980’s (see pic of name plate for reference). It is also painted white, but with silver accents. Then I added a lumber rack for hauling 2×4’s, sheet metal and other materials (12′ overall length, 4’3” wide inside edge to inside edge so there’s plenty of room).
