About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“For Sale 1951 Jeep Willys purchased originally from United States Military.
Runs excellent for 70 year old vehicle, new tires rebuilt engine and transmission.
3 speed manual, comes with extra tail gate, current registration.”
“This is a 1947 Willys CJ2A. It is complete accept for the lack of body panels. It has a dauntless V6 out of a later Jeepster Commando. Would make a great project if you have a tub. Make an offer”
This has a fiberglass body. It’s listed as a high hood, but it’s obviously a low hood.
“46 Fiberglass Willy’s high hood body with thousands done in frame mounted full cage tube work. Custom safari top, half doors, fully hard top. Frame stretched and plated to get 100″ wheelbase. LS Motor mounts, racing bucket seats with bench rear seat, seat belts, nice heating system setup, has custom gauges and switches. I have Washington Classic plates for this and clear Washington state title. A lot of work done just needs motor and running gear to finish.
Also have pair of Wagoneer D44 axles front and rear with springs I can throw in for $500 more if interested.”
“Near rust free 70 yr old 4×4 jeep pickup ..has currently a hurricane 6 cylinder(needs starter)price also includes a1997 zr2 chassis I had planned setting jeep on that chassis…price is firm with or without zr2…clear clean title…delivery available …leave contact number if interested….thank u”
(09/21/2016) I thought this was a stock M-38A1 until I spotted the engine. Still would make a fine parade jeep.
“Converted to 12v: Ford 3.2 litre 4 cylinder motor. In great running condition, all major maintenance items recently done, i.e.:
* new timing belt
* brakes overhauled
* transmission and transfer case overhaul w/ new seals
* in the past two years: 5 new tires (7.50×16 NDT, E10 spec), new leaf springs, new shocks, radiator, muffler, fuel pump, etc. (have all mechanical maintenance & parts receipts)
* 2″ hitch receiver (still have original)
* tow bar included”
(07/07/2016) Has a Kelly hardtop. It doesn’t have the correct VIN for a Tux Park IV.
“1964 Jeep Willys CJ5. Believe its a Tuxedo Park edition. Inline 4 cylinder. Runs great. Brakes work. Need to sell to help fund another project. Would consider trade for a driving 1965 or 1966 Ford Mustang with V8 and manual transmission.
Please do not ask me if the Jeep is still for sale as I will not respond. If the ad is up, it’s still for sale ”
