This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. For several years, Pascal operated the JeepWillysWorld.com, a website he used to collect documentation and discuss vintage jeep topics. Around 2017, it appears he stopped posting. Fortunately for us, the site remains active, because in 2015 it turns out he posted a manual of Parts and Accessories Bulletins (through 1965 roughly), the very bulletins I was looking for a few days ago. All these jeep and off-road club patches came from two purchases on ebay: $25 for them all! The two large ones were likely for the back of club jackets. Clubs named include from top to bottom: Tri-State Four Wheelers, Minnesota Go-4-Wheelers, INC., International Jeep-Club Frankfurt M., Cape Fear Four Wheelers, Hawley MTN. Ridge Runners, 2×4’s Sandpoint, Idaho, Midlands Four Wheel Drive Club, Trail Blazers 4 Wheel Drive Allentown, PA., All 4×4 Terrain Gang (assume WI), and the Pioneer Valley Ridge Runners 4WD Club,
This could be worth a look.

Listed as a 1942, the indents and gas inlet suggest it might be a VEC CJ-2A. It has a Bobcat fiberglass hood.

“1948 Willys CJ 2A converted to 12V heater Jerry can rack 2 jerry cans Asking $9500 or close offer. Wont budge much in price as this is solid collector. Manual Trans, Locking Hubs, Non-Synced Maunal Trans. This is not only a collector but in great shape. Turn it to a wheeler, Or restore wont need much. 2 jerry can 5-ers plus Can racks and spare . Rear mounted . Come take a look or make an offer. Parked in Island City at father in laws house.”

(09/24/2023) Has a Meyer-branded hardtop with the PTO and T-98. Lacks a title.

“1967 Jeep CJ6 model and is pretty much original. Has the 4 Cylinder with the T98 four speed with a rear facing PTO output. Has a warn winch from the 80’s up front and the original Jeep hardtop. I am the third owner of it and have only added a new fuel tank to it and a BDS 2.5” spring lift with new shocks. Outside of that it is untouched since last owner. I have both the original Willy’s wheels as well as the cj5 renegade wheels that go with it. Runs and drives good just not fast. Issues I know of that it has: Surface rust on driver floor. Passenger door needs to be tinkered with can only be opened from inside. Rear seat is not on original brackets and needs cove Need to file for lost Title as previous owner lost it and I have never taken the time to go take care of it. Have all paperwork (registration and maintenance) from two previous owners dating back to 1977.”
Unclear how much value is here. All are rusty.

“1953 Willys CJ3B. New F134 engine with holley sniper fuel injection, new exhaust, new suspension front and rear, new brakes, new gauges, new wiring, new seats, new led lights front and rear, new radiator. New clutch. Has a T90 3 speed with a warn overdrive. Runs and drives terrific. Has new wheels and tires. Original wheels go with it. Also has a heater craft heater in it as well.”
Price is negotiable. Looks like it has at least some useful parts.
