About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
This has some odd bumper damage. I wonder how it got pulled outward.

“I have a 1961 Willys CJ6 jeep for sale, clean title. I have had this jeep for over 30 years but it is time to let it go. I no longer have use for it and would like it to go to someone that will us it! It runs like a champ have had the carburetor, original PTO winch, engine rebuilt back in 2007-2009. Everything in working condition. I have documentation on all of it.”
The October 26, 1943, Fox Movietone featured a one minute clip about a Toledo, Ohio, Fire Jeep. It appears to be built on a Willys MB Slat Grille. The clip appears at the 6:53 mark of the video. I managed to get a few still images:
“You are bidding on an original press photo of Toledo Farmers Using Vintage Willys Overland Jeep . If the listing shows thin red and/or green lines, they are the result of a bad scan & they are NOT on the actual photo. Photo measures 7 x 9 inches and is dated 7/10/1945.”
For the entire month of August, you can visit and walk through the warehouse and pick out exactly what you need or think you might need in the future. While we have been great at collecting this huge selection of parts, we are not quite as great at “perfectly” identifying every part. For that reason, if you are too far to visit, and choose to e-mail or call us, consider sending some pictures and/or measurements of the parts you need. This will help to ensure we send the correct parts on the first try.
If anyone or business is interested in buying any parts in bulk, we will certainly work with you to get the very best pricing possible. Bring a trailer, but of course, shipping is available for anything that won’t fit your vehicle.
Please take a look at the attached pictures to understand the scope of the parts we have in our 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
We have transmissions and transmission parts, transfer cases and parts, engine cores and engine parts, axles, a Willys Pickup chassis, 50 original wheels, hub caps and rings, CJ hard doors, seat frames, body frames, Utility bumpers and fenders, roll bars, head light buckets, Meyer Cab doors and sides, starter, alternator and generator cores, and literally tons of parts of every kind. We even have a few vehicles out back.

“As some of you may know, I’ve had the FC bug for some time thanks to my buddy Jason turning me on to them. Over the last few years I’ve gathered what I consider a pretty sweet little collection but now it’s time to trim the herd. I don’t have enough room to store them properly so it’s time for someone else to enjoy! The first one going up is prolly the least “FC” of em all but definitely super cool and definitely the fastest. The only part FC I could find is the cab with the rest including the frame custom made. It sports a strong 351 Cleveland backed by an automatic. Trans cooler, Mickey Thompson’s, air shocks in front with onboard air compressor, custom fuel cell, sun roof. power windows. It does have a couple areas that could use attention at some point. The paint could use some freshening up and I have attached pics of a couple of the scratches/cracks. Also the power windows are not working properly.
If you have any specific questions or want pics of other areas not shown please ask and I’ll try to respond quickly.”

“1951 Willys M38A1 military jeep, has hard top (metal), doors, tow bar, bow for soft top (no soft top included). Inspected but not currently registered (expired June 2015). Clean, good tires. Original 4 cylinder motor, converted to 12 Volt. This jeep is fun to drive, but is is very low geared so it is not made for driving on the highway. No power steering or power brakes.”
