Marlo spotted this find. Can anyone tell if this is a Parkway or a Traveller?
“This 1940s collectible Willys Jeep could be restored or can be used for parts or even decor. You would need to tow it away. This is part of an estate and the paperwork is missing.”

UPDATE:**SOLD** Was $12,000.
Has an updated engine.
“Willys Wagon 4X4 1956 ready for your next hunting or fishing adventure or daily driver. New 400 hp Chevy small block engine. Rebuilt transmission, all new suspension including springs, shocks, bushings and tires, new gas tank and fuel lines and fuel pump. Rebuilt rollup window operators with all new fuzzy channels. New leather upholstery on original seat frames. All new wiring and alternator.
Rebuilt radiator. Everything else is pretty much original.”

Dan forwarded this truck. He’s seen it in person and says it’s worth what he’s asking.
“Selling my 1956 Willys Pickup. Powered by 231 Buick V6, 3 speed with Borg Warner overdrive. Runs well. Has new aluminum radiator, water pump, t-stat, Willys America brakes parts (hoses, shoes, cylinders) new brake lines, dual master from Herm the overdrive guy. Superior Clutch relined clutch and rebuilt the pressure plate, new t/o bearing, new u-joints. New front 8 leaf springs by Crown Products. I opted from softer front springs instead of the 10 leaf. I also removed 3 leaves from the rear springs. New bushings in the springs. Larger tires for better cruising. New speedo of which I’ve driven 400 miles since installing. I’ve owned this truck for 7 years and time for me to pass it on to a new owner. Does it need work? Of course. Restore or just drive it as is, it has great patina. It’s made several trips to Willys America. I’ve got a few spares to go with it including a nice stock recovered bench seat to go with it. $4600 and drive it home with your name on the pink slip.”

“NEWEST UPDATE: After picking up the Jeep and driving around (A LOT) in the last day, YES, the price has gone back up to my original asking price of $9500.00 OBO. The only way I’d get over “sellers remorse” was to ask more. Mechanically it needs nothing to drive anywhere (I even took it down the freeway and maintained 62 with peddle left.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(12/04/2014) Needs TLC of some kind.
“1949 Willys Jeepster 4 cyl. 3 speed manual on colum.
Just tuned , starts runs, converted to 12 volt, new exhaust, has newer top, has all the side curtians with clear plastic. paint is very dull but could be wet sanded and buffed, still needs a lil TLC, but worth the effort.”
UPDATE: **SOLD**
(06/21/2016) Looks like the passenger side has been filled in. Has a Meyer half cab.
“Four wheel drive, V6, dual exhaust, T14 transmission, twin stick transfer, 3.73 gears, rancho front springs and shocks, half steel cab, good glass. Body mostly solid, has some small rust and rot spots. Commando grill and hood. Mileage unknown. Been sitting for about 8 years. Tires have dry rot. Fuel tank needs to be flushed. Needs tune up. Starts, runs, and stops, but is NOT road-worthy, needs to be towed. Nice project. MA transferable title. No warranty, no guarantee, as is, where is. For parts or restoration. No trades. Cash or bank check.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000.
“I am selling two Jeep forward controls, one is a 1960, it is in very rough condition, but it is all there. It is blue, has a 3 speed manual trans, 4 cylinder engine, I have ran it on starting fluid, and it even has a sunroof (not factory). I bought it last year as a project, but I would rather sell it and put the money towards another project that I have.
I also have a second FC 150 I bought for parts. It is a 1957, green, only has a cab, no bed, the frame was cut right behind the rear axle, so it is no good. But almost everything in front of the rear axle is there. Both windshields are broken, and a couple of the door windows are also broken, but I have good glass for the back three windows. Both are 12 volt, and neither of them have titles, green cab has a vin plate, but blue one doesn’t. Let me know if you have any questions. Not splitting them up”
Unclear if it runs or not. Might have some interesting history. Sounds like it could be a project.
“1957 Willy’s Jeep Wagon 4×4
It was originally a Weyco surveyors rig.
It was stored in a heated garage for over 40 years prior to me getting it.
It has a 6 cylinder engine with a 6 volt charging system.
Original paint.
It’s all there and waiting to be restored.
I’m asking $8000 OBO.
Not interested in trades.”
