Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Rodney’s custom drag jeep and trailer disappeared from his Eastern Oregon property three months ago. Unique to this rig is that it is a true four wheel drive drag jeep. Since the jeep was designed mostly for drag racing, he hopes people will keep a look out for it around the west.
Whomever absconded with it has likely painted it. Here are a few specs and photos:

UPDATE: I thought this included a Perkin’s Diesel in the jeep. I now believe the Perkins is an extra motor, because the motor in the jeep is an f-head.
This runs and drives, but will need some body work.
“1965 cj6 runs and drives very little rot needs a fender no top i have many rare parts that can go with it .perkins diesel with a 4 speed, split bench seat , Dana 44 with 1 piece axles ,Dana 30 front ,gears a lift kit ect ect but for 2500 you get just the jeep very hard to find any questions call me thanks ”

“I have a 1949 Jeep Willy for sale with a bill of sale only NO TITLE, Great for hunting lease, It does run well, NEEDS, breaks bleed out, replacement of muffler PIPE as it has hole in line. It’s a little rough for the asking price. Listed as a 1956, it is actually a 1959 based on the serial number 5633716301. It only has 11,000 miles.

Seller has a variety of trailers for sale. He lists four trailers below, but appears to have a David Bradley for sale that he doesn’t list below (which would be the fifth trailer).
“1. 1944 Bantam military trailer … 2150. Has thin lunette. . Is nice and clean useable trailer.. couple fixes inside.. has combat wheels and orig thin lunette… i have over 1000 in those alone.. so this trailer is priced very well… in fact u can’t even buy the lunette anymore.. and they are 500 if u can find one…
2. Converto military Airborne ranger trailer… has it all… combat wheels and thin lunette. .. new ndt tires.. 2250…
3. Converto civilian trailer made specifically for the cj2a jeep… 1850.. these are very rare…
4. Sterling Trailer 1950’s – also made specifically for the cj2a jeep… 1850..”
