UPDATE: Price dropped to $6000.
(006/03/2014) I think I’ve seen another one of these overhead frameworks on another jeep. Was this an aftermarket farm product.
“this is my grandfathers jeep which has been in the family since 1960 this was a special order at the time as a farm jeep all original never has been altered as you can see not many out there like this i know true anthusiast will appreciate this find . please contact me if interested thank you for looking”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4200
(06/04/2014) The front bumper seems to be hanging a little low.
“You won’t find many 1946 Jeeps in great condition like this one! It has been restored and kept inside a garage. I’ve been told by a Jeep expert that it’s a rare find. A JEEP COLLECTOR’S DREAM! Original motor, too…So, don’t miss out on this Jeep, as it’s not often you find one like this. You can see it by appointment and contact me by email. Price is $4200.”
UPDATE: Priced dropped to $500.
(02/12/2014) Not sure just how much value is here.
“I bought a 46 willys and wanted to turn it into a rat rod but I am also a college student and the financials I needed weren’t coming along so time to part with it. It has front and rear original Dana axles with tires. I already grinded off the bolts because I was going to do a frame off restoration and that’s about as far as I got. The axles alone are worth 400 but I can’t do anything with it so first come first serve. Would make a great project for someone.”
This is a comic book cover reproduced on hard card stock in poster size. Ford GP collectors might like it as an oddity.
“TOM MIX COMMANDOS COMICS
COMIC BOOK COVER REPRODUCTION
LARGE POSTER ON CARD STOCK
13 x 19 INCHES APPROXIMATELY”
That’s a slat grille in the ad.
“You are buying a Vintage 1 page 1943 WWII magazine ad for B.F. Goodrich Tires. You are buying the MAGAZINE AD ONLY. NOT THE ITEM NOR ANY PART OF THE ITEM IN THE AD is included in this sale. This ad page(s) measure approx. 10 1/2″x14″.”
No words, but fun little illustration. It’s part of a series of identical cards with different illustrations (non jeep).
