Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Built for hunting & summer fun. This Willy’s has been together a long time, old school built. Buick V-6, T-90 tranny, T-18 twin stick transfer case.
Dana 44 rear end with Detroit locker with Summer Brother axels. The front has a tru-trac locker. Both 538 gears, Excellent tires and wheels. Swampers 33×12.50, Warn 8274 wench, full cage, tilt wheel. List goes on.
This Willy’s is very well maintained. Adult owned and driven. I also tow bar for flat towing. Just like any other Jeep comes with extra parts. These pictures were taken two weeks ago and the wench and tires do go with the Jeep. This Jeep is not apart in my garage. This is a turn key Willy’s.

This looks like a pretty rare hardtop. I don’t have time to locate it in my files tonight, but I’m sure I’ve posted something about it.

This might be worth a look.
“This was rebuilt about 20 years ago and has been kept in a garage. My father-in-law used to run it around the neighborhood for fun. Front tires are dry rotted and the brakes need work. Engine runs great and the rest is in good mechanical state. Has some rust spots and will need some work. Call 412-655-9793.”
