About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“military vehicle 1942 gpw ford restored and re painted but still need some details, i have some original parts and accesories if you´re interested send me an email to make a deal, im asking 12,500 dlls”
It is a project, but there may be some value here, especially if the engine starts after being wired correctly. There is also a parts CJ-3B for sale, too.
“I have a 1953 willys jeep here I was working on it for about a month and decided that I wasn’t one of the best people to work on it. The engine turns over but it doesnt start because I didnt have all the electrical hooked up. The transmission shifts into 1st and reverse but not 3rd or 2nd. The transfer case will need work to have the rear drive line put on but it shifts into high and low and in and out of 4wd. It comes with two brand new seats that were redone. The windsheild has a chunk missing out of it.”
“runs good it has a 289 in it it has 33 12.50 15 great for hunting or playing around it i have a full soft top and door it has chevy power steering box’

Had so much fun with this jeep, but time to move on. I have owned jeep since 1974. Custom built from ground up. The Jeep is available to look at M-F 8am-4pm in Southeast Denver. Seriously buyers only! If you have any questions, please call Dan at work (303) 756-9495 or cell phone (720)-425-6546.”
A Mexican collector of Jeep Ads in Spanish wants to sell his collection. Here are two examples of what he has. If anyone is interested, contact me (d@ewillys.com) and I’ll provide his contact info.
According to the seller, he has “a very complete ads collection of about 40 Jeep Willys to Cj7 jeeps, also Willys Wagon and wagoneer and Pickup Jeeps”
Roberto created an unusually long illustration for a website in Spain. Of course, Roberto couldn’t create an illustration without including a jeep somewhere. Click on the illustration below to see the entire picture and hunt for the jeep (in otherwords, I grabbed only a part of the illustration so as not to give away the portion that has the jeep). Thanks for sharing Roberto!
“This truck is all original except for the tailgate. It’s a 1950. It starts and runs great. Flathead 4 cylinder. Clear title. Last registered in 1968. I bought this truck from a gantleman who’d owned it since the 60s. Until last week it has been parked in his garage for around 30 years. I cleaned the fuel line and the points. Added gas, water, and a battery. It fired up and runs perfect. The tires are dry rotted very bad but hold air. I put some brake fluid in the master cylinder and the brakes pump up but barely work. I’ve driven the truck about 5 or 6 miles and it’s wonderful. The steering is stiff but seems to free up a little more with each turn.”
