This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Glenn shared Andy’s ad for a 2A with a Newgren 3-point hitch and a rear pto.
“Up for sale is a very rare 1947 CJ2a. Besides remnants of original paint on the body and on the wheels this jeep has a very rare Newgren three point hitch. The jeep also has a full power takeoff to the rear. original upholstery on the rear seat. The engine has a King Seely governor and dashboard control. Original bumper. Also hard to find is the original top bow hardware for the half cab. I have the rear bow for the full cab also. Jeep will need a full restoration but given the rarity of this example it would be well worth it. Clear title”
Andy shared this boat (a Hacker) that sports a Willys 4 cyl engine. Unclear whether it is an L-head or F-head.

This GPW has an unusual grille design (patched/repaired?). It has a few other mods, including a CJ head.
