This looks like a good price for this nice CJ-5.

“1970 CJ5, 225 V6, T90 Transmission, Dana 18 Transfer Case, Headers, Warn Hubs, Full Bestop, 11″ Brakes, Spare Tire and Rack, Saginaw Steering, Tilt Column, Full Roll Cage, Hi-Back Seats, Lockable Storage Console, New Windshield Wiper Motor, New Fuel Tank, New Fuel Pump, New Timing Chain, Gears and Tensioners, New Heater Core, New Radiator, New Front Pinion Seal, New Transfer Case Output Seal.

Jeep runs and drives great, has just been completely serviced lube, oil, filter, gear lube and anti-freeze. This Jeep was bought as a project completely disassembled, I put it back together as a driver, it still needs some finishing not limited to the following items, windshield wipers, heater and turn signals need hooked-up. This Jeep is being sold as-is with no guarantees.

This is a nice looking truck.

“1962 willy’s pickup truck for sale. Great running truck. All original. Make offer. Original 230 Straight six. First year of the overhead cam. complete with the original oil bath air filter(not in picture, its in the garage).  New tires and nice wheels. Front end rebuilt with new seals and bearing. New breaks all the way around (shoes, cylinders). 4×4 works great. Twin stick spicer 18. Warn overdrive. Three speed transmission. Dash in complete and uncut unlike most. All lights work (except for one front blinker). Will trade for the right wheeler, must be very capable. Would like to trade for a newer 4×4 quad. Or YJ.

Some rust in front of the door on one side, and a very small crack in the fender. Truck smokes a little when you first start it up. Truck blue books for High retail at 17,000. Average retail is 8,000. Make me an offer. The worst i can say i no. With the few little things wrong with it this is a fair price. Perfect truck to be restored. Would not take much. – Holley 650cfm 4-barrel carburetor
– Tremec 178 aluminum case transmission with 4-speed overdrive
– Saginaw steering box
– Dana 20 single stick transfer case
– Dana 25 front differential and Dana 44 rear differential
– Warn manual locking hubs
– 11″ drum brakes (from a Jeep CJ10)
– Tow bar with front & rear towing wiring
– frame off restoration, with reinforced body rails and front rails to support the V8

This looks in reasonable condition.  I do wonder what gun fighter shot a hole in the hood of this poor, defenseless jeep.

I believe it’s a 1942, but I could be wrong on the exact year in the 40’s. I do know that it has a Corvette engine in it. It has the two seats in front and a bench seat in back. I’d say the jury is out on the ‘best in the country’ as only one pic is provided.

“This is quite possibly the nicest CJ2A in the country! Basically, this is a brand new Willys. New body, frame, suspension, all lines and gaskets, rebuilt engine and tranny, new carb, battery, seat frames and upholstery, all electriclas are new and updated, most nuts and bolts are stainless steel, new gas tank and sender, all brackets and straps are new, new windshield and glass, new horn and button, new brakes, brackets and switches. (06/24/09) This is a nice looking CJ-3B, however I don’t think it will fetch the asking price.  I’m gonna guess that the tranny is a T-15. I had a T-15 (with a built buick 225) in my last jeep and thought it was fine for both racing, jeeping and the road.

“1953 body with a 1948 frame, Complete frame off restoration,  All new body panels replaced except tub. Front/Rear differential completey rebuilt. Buick 231 Motor, completely rebuilt with 20 over TRW pistons and off road cam with only 2 hours of run time.  New Alum. High-Rise intake manifold. New Holley 2 barrel front float. Complete custom rewiring. Electronic distributor. Chromed valve covers and Alternator. 12V high flow air compressor in engine compartment, with accessories. Electric fan. Ceramic coated headers. Transmission from later model 68 3 speed jeep, geared low. Power steering.”
