This was for sale back in 2018, but, based on the rear license plate, appears to have sold. Curiously, these new pics show a Florida plate on the back and a Vermont plate on the front.

“1951 Willys M38 Jeep. Off frame restoration. Frame media cleaned, primed and painted. Front and rear differentials rebuilt using new bearings and seals. Transmission and transfer case rebuilt also. Work performed by Sumpter County transmission in Leesburg. Engine dismantled, block boiled out and cylinders re sleeved. Engine reassembled using all new parts. Work performed by Dave Latarte Machine Shop, Fruitland Park. Painting done by Johnny’s Hot Rod Leesburg. New wiring harness, brake lines, wheel cylinders and brake shoes. New fuel lines.
Asking $20,000 or will consider trade for a late model Trike or Pularis UTV.”

The Jeepster is an automobile originally produced by Willys-Overland Motors from 1948 to 1950.[3] It was developed in hopes of filling a gap in the company’s product line, crossing over from their “utilitarian” proto SUVs and trucks to the passenger automobile market. The basic model included numerous deluxe features and interior fittings in addition to a high level of standard equipment that cost extra on other automobiles. A total of almost 20,000 were manufactured.”
