About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I have a 1948 Willys CJ2A 4×4 Jeep. It has been in the barn since the early 80s. Engine does turn over by hand. Floor boards have some holes, body has some bondo. Has a hydraulic operated plow and a rear power take off. Soft cover.”

“This jeep is all original and unmolested. It was last licensed 30 years ago, but it runs and drives great. It does need some brake work. It has a PTO winch and a Koenig hard top. It has 44k miles. Has a rare Willy’s heater under the dash. It has a tow bar on the front and a spare tire on the side. The tires are in great condition and are on original 16″ wheels. We rebuilt the carb and radiator as well as putting new oil filter lines on it.”
“Selling For my father in-law, He has owned it since the late 70’s. Still has the old flathead 4 in it that runs as you can see by the fan in the motor pic. All factory except for the turn signals. Those were added by previous owner. It comes with a Warren over drive, factory installed. New Tires, brakes all the way around a few years ago, along new front knuckles as well. Fuel pump and water pump replaced to get it running again. Does need restoration, but is solid. Comes with new set of plug and wires. Not used much, carb needs cleaned I suspect, have to choke a bit to keep it idling. Valid title as well. Less”

It has had all of the fluids changed, has 5 new old-school mud tires, new best top, new seat covers and seat belts, cb radio, warn 8274 winch, and LED offroad lights and upgraded Saginaw steering with new tie rods. It also has a vintage warn overdrive unit. The body is completely rust free and in great shape. It a a couple of dents and dings but is in amazing shape for being 60 years old. It’s slow but will take you anywhere you want to go. Selling due to needing something more family friendly. Clean and clear Idaho title in my name.”

“1945 U.S. Army Willys Jeep, possibly the most sought after vintage vehicle in America. This is one nicely restored example of WWII transportation. It looks good at a cruise in, car show, parade or Military Vehicle Collector’s events. It will not disappoint. 4 military tread tires with 95% tread and a spare with 80% tread all on 16” combat rims.Top was new in 2015 and the transmission was gone through in 2016 and is fitted with Warn hubs. Converted to 12 volt system and has an “OOgah horn installed. The tub has been powder coated and it has been garaged since the restoration. I am posting this for my brother Lee who was in the U. S. Navy SeaBees in Viet Nam thus the Navy lettering. The photos in this post are photos of photos so they are not the best. Questions and contact can best be made directly to him with the phone number provided in this post. Neither he or I do the text thing. It is located near Payette Idaho and is being sold as is where is with no guarantees but you can start it up and drive it home if you wish. I have the same vehicle and it trailers like there is nothing behind you due to the low weight.”
“Completely restored 1945 Willys MB model Jeep including military decals and insignia. Purchased by my father in 1957. Comes complete with canvas top, canvas windshield cover, original front hubs (Borg-Warner lock-out hubs on front for tire preservation), and many spare parts including an additional Willys “Go-Devil” short block. I have a custom-built trailer for hauling it that can be included.”
