Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Its been warehoused for the last ten years, and has not been on the road since the 80’s. In great shape for its age, Black plates, clear title, 100% unmolested – Dash is untouched, roof is solid. It’s too bad this doesn’t run. I like how rough it looks.

This has a cool old top. Give this a paint job and it could be a great old jeep.

The seller lists this as a 1945 jeep, but it looks more like a M-38 based on the windshield and the grille (both headlight bezels and holes below the bezels. This is located in Oxford Station, Ontario, Canada.

This is a CJ-3A that’s been nicely altered into a M-38 clone.

Steve’s got this good looking grille for sale, though I believe it’s a M-38 grille. Note the holes at the bottom. I believe they are for attaching the M-38 grille hinges.

This is for sale by Steve, as close to a brother as I had growing up, who grew up in the back of his jeep (Otis) while I grew up in the back of mine.
