Bob forwarded a picture from the IMCDB.org of what appears to be a CJ-5 on an episode of The Lucy Show. Both he and I tried to find additional photos, without luck. Note both the odd headlights and the use of alternative fenders.

The fenders look like they came off a 50s or 60s Willys truck,, Head lights Look nasty,,, Maybe a 60 couple Chevy or GM… Nasty!!!

It does look like a George Barris build.
I did not recognize the name George Barris, but when I looked him up I sure recognized the vehicles. He and Sam (from Flat Fender Willys) would have worked together on the Munster Mobile.
