Looks like an m38a1 body on a 151 frame
I’d love to have a look underneath, cause the M151 is a unibody,i.e. the body IS the frame, while the M38 is not. I suspect they welded the top half of a M38 to the bottom half of a Mutt. that must have been a serious weldingjob !!!
