Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Some value”? Dave, you guys out west are spoiled. If this were in the northeast it would be quickly snatched up as a budget-priced restoration project.
Even though all the Craigslist photos show it partially disassembled it appears to be fairly complete.
The only problem is I don’t know how difficult it would be to get a title for this in Minnesota. But I do see a serial number plaque on the firewall.

Last I checked MN was central U.S. PENN is actually closer to MN than then NW states. I assume from past posts, you are stating in general the west state folks, west is the mighty Mississippi, are seeing more offers like this than you easterners.
