I thought it might be an M422 Mighty Mite, but that wouldn’t explain that grille. They do have a “hole” in about that spot on the passenger side below the windshield. They also have low cargo area side rails like this, but this could be a foreign vehicle.
The picture look like unreal…the guy is jacking up the jeep with his riffle.
