The name on the side of the jeep, Methow Valley, refers to an area on the east side of the Cascade Mountains along Highway 20. It’s a pretty area.

It could be one of the situations where the seller moved to Texas and is now selling it.
other than tool indents, there’s nothing to suggest this is an M-38. surprised you never mentioned the desert dogs!
I am embarrassed to say I didn’t notice the dogs! I must have been tired. Now that I look at it, I think it is probably a replacement body. Thanks Frank.
