Buz spotted some photos on Photobucket of a Willys Truck. He thought it might have been a fire truck. I can’t tell for sure. Anyone else think so?

“Take a look at this custom vintage 1947 Willys CJ2A. Mostly original ’47 body on a ’66 CJ chassis, it features a Chevrolet 350ci crate motor with Holley Dominator intake and camshaft combo, and a freshly rebuilt Holley Avenger off-road carburetor. Exhaust runs through custom headers and side pipe cherry bomb “mufflers”. Also features a 3-speed manual tranny with low “granny gear”, 3.83 gearing, running on low mileage 33in x 12.5in Interco TSL Thornbird mud-terrain tires mounted on deep dish custom rims. This Jeep features Summit Racing bucket seats with 5-point harness to hold you tight when you’re out on the trail. AMC axles with mechanical locker in the rear. Numerous extra parts included. WAIVER: If you are looking for a nice daily driver, THIS AIN’T IT. This Jeep has no top, no doors, no mirrors, no windshield wipers, no horn, no radio, no heat or A/C. But what it does have, is BALLS. It is a blast to drive, but will take a special owner to make it better. It does have plates on it, I have driven it on the road, but it is better suited as a trail rig. Priced at $4995. Located in Milan Twp. “1948 Willy Jeep- new shocks, wheels and tires, new wiring, taillights and top.
Original engine and tow bar. Horse carriage license plates. Only thing it needs is brake work done.

UPDATE: Was $12,500. **SOLD**
Looks nice, though it needs a new driver side window. No silliness (read last line).
“1962 Willy’s Jeep 4×4 Pick-Up. Has been in my family since new in 1962. Restoration in 2005. Needs nothing but replacing driver side window which has a crack. Super Hurricane flat head 6 which is original. Had a new block put in 2010. Kaiser winch on front. 77k on mileage. Runs well, matching full size spare, all gauges and interior are original with the exception of recovering seats, headliner and carpet in 2005. This vehicle has won numerous trophies at local car/truck shows. No rust on the vehicle. Owner’s manual and accompanying original documents in vehicle. Price is always flexible with-in reason.”
It runs, thought it needs a few parts. The rust might be minimal given the top.
“1953 CJ3A Jeep Willys
You will see in the photos this thing is completely original from tires to glass, to the paint and top. The only added feature I am aware of is a tubular steel roll cage that was added. This Jeep was kept in a barn for roughly 20 years. It would be a great Willys Restore Project due to it all being there.
The price for this Jeep is $$1750 OBO. Cash Only Please. This Jeep needs an ignition switch rebuild, a starter solenoid, a battery and two battery terminal cable connections to run. We carb started it when the battery and solenoid were still attached and it cranked within 5 minutes!.

Each of the 10 pages ARE EXACT REPLICAS OF THE ORIGINAL COMIC BOOK and tells the complete story! Most dollhouse comic books do not open or have blank pages. This one has 10 real illustrated pages! A hard-to-find item! So heart-warming and cute in such a tiny version!! A darling and funny story! The back cover is a vintage comic book ad for a GAG BOOK! It has been reproduced so small the images can be seen, but the font would need magnification to be read. This comic book measure approx 7/8 inch tall by 5/8 inch wide. Not a toy. Chocking hazard! This is an adult collector’s piece.”
