Take a look at the dash, looks like some rod is sticking out there in the middle and the steering column is raised up.
looks more like a early 46 – grill, air cleaner, smooth head, bumber gussets?
Mark: I agree this could be earlier
Brett: There’s something unusual about the dash design. That ‘rod’ sticking out the dash is the gear shift lever I believe. The steering wheel looks odd in the way in protrudes through dash, but the dash is at an odd angle. and seems to drop farther down than normal.
