It’s got MB tool box covers, but looks like it has a GPW front cross member.

No glove box so may be early GPW on MB frame before Ford started making their own frames.
It has the Ford style foot rests in the back. Seems to have both GPW and MB features. Hard to tell much more from the pics.
Looks like it may have a replacement tub.
I remember reading someplace (probably here) that after the War that there was a business that took a lot of the leftover damage Jeeps and combined them to resell.

In some cases the military contracted with firms to ‘remanufacture’ jeeps from parts they’d salvaged from other jeeps. ( http://www.ewillys.com/category/ordnance-remanufactureing/ ) Some of these ended up being sold to the public.
