I went to NY to see these myself, it was quite a lot of parts. The DRW was an airport jet fuel tanker.

Outstanding. What are his plans with these? Any chance of seeing a couple FCs resurrected?
John told me he does antique car restorations and plans to resurrect at least a couple of these.
That 170DRW is an easy restoration… it was in decent shape. It has really low miles, and it apparently never left the airport. I tried to buy just that one, but the seller wanted this to all go as a package.

I wanted to tell everyone Keith gave me an awesome deal! Really a good guy to deal with. He really didn’t have time to work on them but he really liked these things. I plan on re-doing at least 3 of these including the DRW . My Dad had me plow with one of these when I was a kid before I went to school. If he could see me now… After I inventory what I will need, I will have some things for sale in spring. Will keep you updated on the progress. Keep wheelin ! It is a tanker unit that filled Planes with jet fue at the airport. I am going to look at two more FC Jeeps at 1:00 this afternoon. One is supposed to be set up as a Fire Truck we will see .I will keep everyone posted. thanks again .John Escobar.
