   Nasty gash in that fender. Bet someone said some choice words when that happened.

   That is exactly what I thought, Bob. It must have been a fairly sharp object to tear rather than dent.

   I own two of these and, unfortunately, prone to rust. Definitely check the rocker panels on the inboard side under the Jeep. Also lift the carpet by the wheelhouses and by the pedals. for this price you want as rust free as possible.

   My dad had one when I was a kid. I think you could hear it rusting. Check also inside the fender under the battery drain. Anything nasty that comes out of the battery ends up at the bottom inside the fender.
