Unusual holes in the frame? Body could be worth a the asking price.

The “holes” are probably shadows of body mounts. It might still be an OK frame too. Flagstaff is high and dry. There shouldnt be much more than surface rust on this. What I see, body, frame, and wheels, this looks like a good price.
