About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“We are selling our original 1951 Willy’s Army Jeep. This jeep has the original Overland Jeep Arctic Top and Doors and gas heater. It is in the same condition as when I bought it 6 years ago. All I have done is replace spark plugs, submergable wires and batteries. I have enjoyed this jeep, have only driven it in a few parades. You can view the jeep on youtube to see it run. I welcome any and all questions, so please ask. I am not a jeep mechanic, and I do not know alot about them. I am just a military enthusiast. Nor have I read all the books. I know enough to enjoy the jeep. So please ask questions. Continue reading →

“A very solid cj3a with extensive work and upgrades done recently. Recent paint top engine rebuild.Rebuilt transmission and transfercase, overdrive, lockrite differential in front axle.New rollbar, stereo, speakers, wiring, tailites, towbar. good tires.Trailerhitch..”
“6 cylinder hurricane engine, original running gear. I was going to restore it, don’t have the time. I did have the seat and door panels recovered with leather. Put on brand new knobby tires. This would be a good project for someone that wants to do the body work, it has dents. Otherwise, 4 wheel drive works, low range, high range. Could just be a good farm truck as is. Clear title. Will send more pictures if you like.”
“I’ll do my best to list everything. This is a WWII 1945 Willy’s MB military jeep. Overall its in great shape, the motor is out but has been cleaned and simply needs to be reassembled. Below I’ve listed everything it comes with and it’s condition, thanks.
Tires – rubber is weathered rims are excellent
Frame – has had some restoration and has been painted, weak points welded, overall very good condition. The rear most cross member of the frame needs to be replaced.
Chassis – very good condition, again weak points fixed, painted
