“1960 Willy’s Jeep Forward Control FC 170 with original Garwood PTO/hydraulic dump bed. 226 flat head 6 cylinder that has a spun rod bearing. Rebuilt T98a 4 speed trans w/new clutch and rebuilt Dana 18 transfer case. 4×4, Dana 44 front and Dana 53 rear axle, 4″ lift springs. Was running and driving 15years ago until rod bearing spun. disabled the bad cylinder and ran it on 5 cylinders for a few years(just to move it around the yard), but now it sits. No time and too many other projects, I know FC’s are rare, this one is one of a couple hundred factory cab and chassis made in 1960. Was a bought new buy Forest Service in Cle Elum. When it was surplus, it was bought by a gold miner that used it on his claim outside of Cle Elum until the late 1990’s. It is ruff, but complete and I need it gone! $2000 OBO.
