Jerry forwarded this article from Massachusetts on a Jeep Wagoneer that’s been stuck in a collapsing shed by an unstable dune for forty years. Now, the property owners can finally remove it. I’m sure it’s in perfect shape, lol!

They should have put it on eBay, “No delivery, buyer must make arrangements to excavate/pick up.”
Being encased in beach sand for 40 years means there is no hope that the car is anything more than scrap.
Yeah, I mean, not even the sand. They invented the term “pea soup fog” there. It’s airborne salt, gets everywhere. The old timers used to mix turpentine & tar & brush that stuff on car chassis, fender wells, anyplace that could be reached. I don’t think there will be much holding it together.

the grill was perfect…… Until they removed the jeep from the garage.

Cody, thanks for posting all those links, I had not seen any pictures of the jeep before. I knew it would be bad, but not that bad. I guess “barn finds” depend a lot on where the barns are located!
