I didn’t they had tops.. homemade maybe?? The price might be another sticking point, but hey, supply and demand.
Koenig produced a variety of items apart from the tops. I haven’t run across many of extenders for sale lately, especially ones with the jerry can holders, like this model had. A person would be hard pressed to find another of these in good shape.
Looks like the ‘top’ with the tire rack attached is actually the tailgate, not installed.

This is back on Craigslist. The price has dropped to $500. There are better pics of how the top fits over the extender and the tire mounts on top of that.

I wonder if the load imposed upon the sides of the vehicle body could be quite a bit more than they were designed to withstand with all the accessories filled with their intended equipment.
