Based on what can be seen from the speedo, it’s a November 1948 to March 1950 truck.
I suspect it is more likely a 1947-48 2 wd truck with the dash having an ashtray above the speedometer and an extra button for the choke on the right hand side of the speedo cluster. Did anyone notice that it does not have a Willys 4 cylinder engine in it? It appears to be a Continental F163 4 cylinder engine, maybe from a forklift. It has the distributor coming out of the cylinder head, intake and exhaust are on the passenger side, with an updraft carburetor.
