I was going to mention Aeros and DJs, but none had the pink ones (that I know of).
The caps , if pink, most probably came from a Surrey. 1954 Willys Aero also used them, but the Surreys had stripes that matched the paint, top and interior on the Jeep, Pink, or blue or Green. If the center of the caps were originally red, they may have faded over the past 65 years.
