Have used this same set up starting back in 1996 on my then Cherokee, then on my 2005 Liberty and now on my 2017 Grand Cherokee SRT to my WWII 1/4 ton Gemco trailer and also my 1945 Ford GPW. Safe and positive way to tow IMHO.
