UPDATE: Listed as a 1958, John pointed out that ti’s got a 1951 gauge cluster. Maybe a delivery body on a later chassis?
Has a government plate. Given the 4WD, possibly an ex utility ambulance or civil defense unit?

ok , if its a 1958 , why does it have the same early speedo-gauge cluster as my 1951 sedan delivery ? — the 4×4 sedan deliverys came out in 1953 and had a different style numbers on the speedo — the serial number plate would tell the tale — I have a 1958 truck and it has the bigger round speedo-gauge assembly …
