This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. T176 completely rebuilt over 1000$ in parts.Dana 18 completely rebuilt , all new gears and high speed intermediate shaft kit . Over 1100$ in parts. Chassis has new Superlift 2 1/2” lift springs. Custom radiator. Engine has new injectors, glow plugs, timing chain, injector lines . New? 240d short block included. Also included is a Koenig deluxe 1/2 cab. Dana 300 transfer case and a bunch of parts included. 16” original rims. Uses factory Mercedes hydraulic clutch. No title, much time and money invested in project .”

“For sale is a 1948 jeep willys. Has a 1953 willys motor in it. Motor needs different mounts to fit properly. Old motor was seized. Has the grill and both fenders, they were removed for the motor swap. Jeep has been sitting in a garage since the clutch went out in 1984 (now fixed). Has only been recently moved outside a few weeks ago to make room for another project.”
